Workshops

Workshops are a lovely way of expanding your knowledge and practice, and sharing things with other, like-minded people. They also - hopefully! - provide a calm and relaxing environment in which you can explore ideas and techniques. I always like to ensure that people go away feeling that they have gained something positive and useful, something - be it a new pranayama, or a new bandha or mudra - they will feel confident enough to integrate into future yoga practice, thereby enhancing what they can do and achieve.

Workshop, Sunday, July 14th, 2013.

Here is the provisional plan for my upcoming Workshop! If you are interested in either session, or both, and there is something missing that you would like incorporated, just let me now. The whole purpose is that attendees leave the workshop feeling that they have gained something useful that can then be taken into future yoga practice. It makes no difference whether you are totally new to yoga, or a seasoned yogi; this is appropriate for everyone!

The day will be held at Harborne Complementary Health Clinic, 321 Harborne Road, Harborne, Birmngham, B17 0TN. Tel: 0121 472 3712.
